Very helpful in getting the chemistry of my first pool corrected.
Our pool is 16 years old and 2018 was the year everything needed to be replaced. Kerry spent a lot of time measuring to get the exact measurements for a new liner. It was at the end of the season so there was a race to get it installed before winter. Everyone working on the pool was professional, friendly and kept us up to date on what was happening. We also needed a new pump which went out right in the middle of summer when it’s the most inconvenient time. Kerry sent a guy out immediately and we were up and running in no time. I also appreciate how knowledgeable Joann and the staff that works in the store are about keeping your pool clear and at the correct chemical balance. I would highly recommend Gannon Pool and Spa.
They did a great job on the whole process of designing and installing our pool. They took care of any problem we found very quickly. We like getting our water tested there also. They are very helpful with explaining all the chemicals. We were very happy with the whole process.
We have had several problems with our pool in the last year. Gannon’s has helped with all of our issues. They installed a new liner last summer for us that looks great. There were several issues due to the high water table we live on and the age of our pool but Kerry and his crew did a great job. Then this spring we had a water line break while under warranty. Again Kerry and his crew came out and fixed it for free. Lastly, our pump broke. Gannon’s put on a awesomely quiet new one. This is will continue to be our pool store as long as we own a home with a pool.
We have been customers for years keep going back they know us by name when we come in everyone is very helpful and so nice! They go above and beyond for their customers! Thank you gannon for everything you do!
Gannon installed our pool 16 years ago. We have never had anything major go wrong, just typical wear and tear over the years on heater, liner, etc. When we do have issues, they are always addressed in a timely fashion… and it’s usually 4th of July pool party season! Kudo’s to Gannon for a great product and great customer service! We appreciate all you’ve done for us over these 16 years! We look forward to another 16!
These guys are the best. Our above ground pool is in its 21st summer. Whenever we have had to replace or repair anything Gannon’s has been great. They helped us get through a though problem yesterday. I appreciate them soooo much. I told them to put me on the list for a new one next year. Thanks Kerry and the crew.

We just wanted to drop you a note in regards to our new Hot Springs Vanguard spa. Although we were very happy with our Tiger River Bengal model, this one is so much better. The variation of available jet settings (especially the moto-massage feature), along with the appearance of the spa are both very impressive. We definitely find ourselves sitting in this one more frequently and for longer periods of time.
“We also appreciate the courteous, professional service we receive from either a phone call or personal visit to your store. It was also appreciated how you went out of your way on a Sunday evening to bring us a replacement for a faulty cylinder on our old spa’s cover. Hi Kerry,
We just thought we would drop you a quick note to tell you how much we appreciate your service and LOVE our spa. As you may remember, we got our spa the week after 4th of July and have been using it ever since – and I mean almost every evening!
Though the summer days were warm the evenings were fantastic in which to sit in our tub and enjoy the night sounds. We put our “gazebo” up over and around the tub which provided us with a measure of privacy and protected us from the occasional rain…we SO enjoyed it.
We are looking forward to this winter when the “gazebo” will come down and we will enjoy those crisp, clear nights under the stars relaxing in our tub. We have heard from many of our friends just there is nothing that compares to sitting in a hot tub, with snow covered landscape around you.

Dear Kerry, Pat and Everyone at Gannon Pool & Spa:
We have had our new Tiger River spa for just over 2 weeks now. The deck still isn’t quite done, but the spa has been up and running since day 2. We’re in it every night. After working all day, then coming home and working another 4 hours on the deck, its wonderful to just lift the lid and hop in. Now I understand why so many people say they can’t live without them!
We just wanted you to know how much we appreciate everything you did to help us with our spa –from installation to teaching us how to use all the chemicals. You went over and above by coming out personally to go over use and care. We can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. You can bet when anyone comments about how great our spa is, Gannon’s gets high praise!
